Won first race of the weekend and was on pole for race two. Was still very cold (8'C) so decided to give tires some extra laps to warm up and push thereafter. Ran out of luck and broke my left driveshaft. Was planning on replacing them and thought they would be good for a couple more weekends. Not. Was still a nice battle and nothing serious happened. Up to the next one.

IMO, it is the best porsche race car for the enthusiast driver. 6-speed race box, screaming engine and that stiff as hell chassis is a dream. Contact patch is limited compared to RSRs etc and there isn't much aero effects. So closer to the limit, it is still a handful!

bought them with the car about 15 race hrs ago and was told they had around 25 hrs behind them back then. Like i said, i'd planned on getting them changed after this race. I am a rookie driver and only done 3 seasons so far but that experience told me that saving costs can cost you more at the end. I only lost this race buy it could have been much worse. This is what can happen to your car when they brake at high speed.
