Anyone refurbed their air jaxk themselves??
Got the front jack apart no problem for inspection. Lots of water and rust but cleaning up a treat. I put mine under an extended press and let the tension off slowly as I unscrewed, did the trick for letting the tension off the spring easily.
Now stuck on how to get the rear ones apart. Cant seem to clamp them down enough to undo the top cap (bit concerned I might buckle the tubing if i tighten any harder ! What's the secret to getting the rear ones apart? I wonder how Sobek do it?
The seal in the front jack appears to be made by CFW and is 45-20-10 size wise I think ? Though the seal looks ok. Just a huge build up of crud I think.
