I am adding a new front bumper on to my 2004 cup.

I need to cut the slot for the tow hook.

Does anyone have any advice on where the slot should be cut. Do you have a template. How do you measure twice and cut once.

I take measurements off the one i took off, another cup in the shop, or a sharpie on the backside taking into account fitment as the bumper moves back
