JR - Out of curiosity, is this 4.0 Liter a stroked engine or bored only build?

It would depend on the builder/compression/map.
A stroker motor is way, way more $$$$ to build....new crank, rods, pistons, oil pump and possibly intermediate shaft.
The factory Porsche 4.0 is stroked....but I have seen power curves on bore motors that exceed a 4.0 from PAG.
