I just spoke with pmna racing. These are only available with rebuild kits. 400$ per caliper. If you have another source please advise.

Well worth the money (I don't remember the price). I do have a few spare ceramic spacers, not sure which sizes, if you are still looking.
Part 997.352.086.91
I think I paid about $5 each

I want to say I paid 200 per caliper rebuild kit when I did my street gt3 calipers with new Motorsport parts. These include inner seal, piston, zircon insert. Not the titanium piston setup. These are 380mm/350mm calipers same as standard 997 cup.

RacingBrake has the complete caliper rebuilding components. Our Stainless steel one piece pistons are most popular replacement & upgrade to those two piece type pistons like BMW 135i, or GT-R, as they crack/separate under heat stress.

See how GT-R track guys talking about their caliper and brake upgrade:

Brakes upgrade for track

GT-R OE/Brembo calipers after track use:

After rebuild with RB one piece SS pistons and high temperature (blue) boots:

These OE pistons will keep breaking on you.

Replace with RB SS pistons for the ultimate solution.

RB SS pistons and high heat boots installed on Mitsubishi EVO Brembo calipers, forget about titanium shims and say good by to boiling fluids.

BMW 135i Brembo caliper piston failure:

Replaced with RB SS pistons, Seals, Boots:

Original thread here:
http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showt...rebuild&page=5

Racingbrake offers a complete sizes in seal, boots (std and high heat), and stainless steel pistons from 28, 30, 32, 33 (Corvette Z06), 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44 and 46mm in diameter, with 30 & 32mm piston height.

Stainless steel is stiffer and stronger than aluminum alloy and transmit only about 10% of heat vs. Al.

Our pistons features thin wall cut so the weight increase over aluminum is very minimal.

The kits look nice, but I don't see anything listed for a 996 cup? Do you have the front kits for a 2003 996 cup?

Our applications may not be complete and updated as they should be due to different models/years etc.

Instead we accurately track the size and dimensions, same for pistons, seal, boots. We have most Porsche Red and Yellow calipers. So as far as we can identify your calipers we shall be able to add the rebuild kits for your Porsche.

Can you post a picture of your caliper or casting ID of the calipers?

OK we did more digging and identified 996 Cup has the same calipers as 997 Turbo:

Front 6 Pot Caliper:

Casting No. 207907.03

Brake Pad:

Replace all of those to these:

Links to the needed components in rebuilding your 996 Cup calipers:

Front (P/N BP-65) 28/32/38: http://www.racingbrake.com/Save-10-o...p/bp-65bsp.htm

Rear (P/N BP-48) 34/34: http://www.racingbrake.com/Save-10-o...p/bp-48bsp.htm

You can either purchase the complete kit: SS pistons, Seals, Boots (standard) or just seal/boot or pistons separately.

All are in stock except 38mm high temp (blue) boots which is on back order with 2-4 wks leadtime.
