Should post this on the 997 GT3 forum…and listen to them complain about the lack of a manual trans! I love the new 991 GT3, can't wait to try one out!

Just drove my mk1 997 gt3 ..! A lot to be said for heel and toe fun and gear change The steering in 997 is defo better than 991 ..but then again 997 steering best of any car ..! I reviewed the 991 cup against the 997 cup for pole sitter here before he got his 991 and after he tested car he agreed with me .. The 991s in cup and road 991 are mega but something is missing a little fun factor ..! The 991 road car is very fast ..feels way faster than my mk1 ..! It's a amazing but it's like a faster and better sounding and looking Carrera s IMO Mega car but can't help but think what manual be like in it .. I'm told RS might have manual option

Saw my first street version in the flesh today. The car looks great. It seems like it would be more practical as a daily driver too. I look forward to driving one soon.
