Thanks Steve but i am not sure what you mean by 'turn wheel'. I assume you mean that i need to measure the travel of the clutch pedal. Could you be more specific as i really want to conduct this test as good as possible.

At 20 hours it likely won't need much. Bearing plate and ring and pinion are likely still good. No gears should need to be timed out yet. Really just a synchro job.
The service manual gives instructions on how to measure the synchro height as it drops onto the cone of the dog teeth. Also measure the wear/width if the shift fork tines. Otherwise a pretty straightforward 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th synchro job.
Change the oil filter and run it for another 20-30 hours before you plan on a full remanufacture.
Also be sure to break test the LSD. It is probably fine but you want to check it anyway.
