Do you need fire retarding socks, balaclava? Guess I order them online.

I also need a car.
Great to borrow Clarke's car but if I understand it correctly I have to be there Thursday and run all races through Sunday successfully to get my PCA race license.

Making calls now for backup racecars (Anything, any speed) so I don't have to rely on Clarke's backup car only because I may not be able to complete the race weekend.
Hope you race! Yes, buy and wear as much quality safety gear as possible: socks, underwear, balaclava, etc.

Did not realize it takes a gigantic suit case for helmet wrapped witha bunch of beach towels, suit, Hans, shoes etc etc. thought about UPS a couple more boxes, or should O be OK checking it in the plain?

I prefer me DE in short la and T shirts but I might as well learn to drive this car Friday in DE with all hear on....

^^ - i take helmet and hans on the plane as carry on, the rest in the car (ie on the truck)
- not sure you want to trust your helmet to the vaguaries of baggage check

I'm flying the car is already at the track. My helmet does not fit in a carry on, but it could be my only carry on bag and still check in the rest I suppose

Won't need much playing-with, the car feels pretty good as it is

If you are signed up for the race, they won't let you drive the DE.

Just ship a box to mark at Accumoto. They can bring it with them.

You are doing a arrive and drive, enjoy it. If not email me and you can ship it to the shop where I am picking up my car Thursday.
