Both of the 991 Cup variants will be WC legal (just like our current Audi R8 LMS car will be joined by the Ultra spec), they will be adjusted by weight and/or restrictor. The car is still several hundred pounds lighter than the Audi/Caddy/Vette/Volvo so this new 991 should be VERY Strong in WC........but at least in WC they can put the stock 991 Cup wing on the car and remove that awful Crawford wing which does NOTHING for the car but for some reason, still mandated by GA.

So what exactly does the extra $35k over a standard Cup get you with this car besides the displacement bump?
