cayman race carwith 997 turbo engine
sorry for posting here but ive had no joy in the cayman section. i saw a video on rennlist some time last year from inside a cup car in the usa racing against a cayman that had a 997 turbo derived engine. i wanted to speak to whoever built it as im doing the same as we speak after the aircooled 993 gt2 motor blew to pieces at silverstone. any ideas on who built the car?thought maybe one of you guys were driving the cup.

It sounds like Lauren Beggs at 911 Design in California. He races a black Fabcar chassis turbo Cayman. The car is unbelievably quick. From memory the car (and Lauren) was recently featured in one of the Porsche magazines, maybe Excellence?
