What compounds do you prefer for the front and rear?

For you, just don't use the brakes.

Either 06's all around or 01's all around, or, for a bit more rear bite & squat, 06 front 01 rear

For a 996 Cup, you should use 06 or 08 in the front and 01 in the rear. You need more bias in the rear and the 01's will provide that
