I'm 98% sure the Genesis brand wand that HRP sells fits the 996 valve. Someone might be able to confirm though....

Surfbum, CupCar Solutions has them. I did this same search earlier in the year and could only resort to buying a new one from Jack. I do think claykos is correct about the Genesis wand, but I wanted the nice one that Jack sells. About $495 new if I recall properly.

Surfbum, if I ever get to Phoenix on a Tuesday night, let's go do the Shifter Kart Experience at Bondurant. I did it when I did my 4-day GPRR class. What a BLAST! The instructor was a VERY YOUNG kid, who did set up a very close slalom course on the front straight of the kart track and proceeded to do the entire slalom AT FULL SPEED!!!!

My neck STILL hurts from that night, but it was some of the best money I ever spent!

Mark, we pulled the motor and sent it to PMNA, pulled the front metal and bumper off and sent out for paint, trying to get her back together for a shakedown at Chuckwalla in three weeks.

well see.

Yes Dave I saw the car last week, I thought you had a "spare motor" sitting at Doug's, I may be wrong.

Regardless would love to see you at Sebring it is a really fun event.

Mark, I do, its supposed to go in while the other is being refreshed.

Doug will be jumping back on the car when he gets back from Hawaii.
