i might come out and cheer for ya, and bring you a cold water after...but on the other hand, its going to be a tepid 105 on the thermostat.

question for you.....how does that kind of heat impact the cars? any concerns about damaging the motors, heads? any precautions you take???

u run a coolbox in that beetle?

Thanks Steve and yes, it's going to be HOT!!!

Alex and I are going to try a little different driving lineup to counteract the heat as it will definitely be a factor tomorrow. Plus the left front tire is taking a beating here and we will all be watching the wear factor throughout the weekend.

Regarding the affects the heat has on the car, we have the PWR radiators and the Pankel axles, so we are doing what we can to manage the conditions.

Alex Welch was really fast today, the fastest of the Gentlemen drivers so we are looking forward to the race......should be fun.

Come on by, we have tons of coolers with cold drinks!

Was at the track friday for practice/qual. Man, that's a pretty car ya'll are running.

Always enjoy coming "home" to Lime Rock when I get a chance. Love racing there...

GMG came out with a podium this weekend and Alex Welch did an impressive job to bring it home at the end.....
