Are you referring to putting smaller master's on the car? It gives a little more travel and slightly softer pedal. It's a little easier to feel and modulate for some people. I don't believe its a factory change for GTC class cars. It's just something teams do to make it more comfortable for the drivers. The best and unfortunately expensive solution is going with a floor mounted pedal box set up like the RSR. The brake bias in the cup cars is not linear with pedal travel. The RSR floor mounted setup has much better geometry.

Yes that's what I mean and yes it's a factory solution from pmna for ex Sebring
