Nice job! Who made the headers and mufflers?

Here is the link on the exhaust, he is pretty proud of this job, we supplied the Burns mufflers, and consulted in the design. We were trying to design a system that wasn't restrictive but keep the db level down to 94. Unfortunately we did not get to run it all the way up on the initial shakedown to get a max db reading.

If you go to the website you will notice we also made a straight pipe version that is ear piercing.

Hopefully we will get it on the dyno and compare the two systems.

Very cool!

I started out with the same car, red/black Farnbacher Grand Am car, and made it into a CUP S with bigger rear fenders for RSR tires and 13" rims.

I have an extra set of new CUP S front fenders if anyone needs them.

The Grand Am brakes are amazing and last forever - the rotors don't crack! I have since updated my rear bumper and tail lights to the later '11 LED version and have used an RSR wing for a while now.

Good luck!

Fantastic car, nice job!!

Can someone please help me understand the difference between an S and a GT3 R. I have seen two of the latter recently on track, never having seen one before. What are the differences?

Thanks.

Yes thats a built H pattern box, much easier to toole around with during club events.

Now if all of the above wasn't trick enough, we spliced into the Motorsports Stock wiring harness the to run a street built 3.8 motor controlled by a Motec ECU AND have the ability to swap out a stock cup motor/tranny/ECU and not have any wiring, only plug and play!!

Data collected via an ADL3, JRZ's, premier fuel cell, lexan glass all around, halon fire suppression, Carbon Fibre everything, doors, fenders, inner fender liners, roof, bumpers, WC uprights,Cup S rear wing, custom endplates, the list goes on and on and on.

She weighs in a tad over 2,500 lbs dry.

Hope you enjoyed, it was a lot of fun, but I don't think I will do it again!
wide check
lightweight check
manual check
brilliant check

I have seen this car get built and the attention to detail put into it and I have seen it at the track - GORGEOUS!

Great job with the build - and the handling was perfection according to the test run!!

Can't wait to see you run it up and kick our butts! Enjoy the toy - very rare to have that opportunity!

Can't believe it came out at 2500# - INSANE!

Thanks! What are the dimensions for the cans (overall Dia, inlet ID, straight thru design, etc.)?

I guess if I put some effort in, it looks like they might be the 2 stage mufflers?

thanks

Gorgeous exhaust but I would be afraid of damaging the headers. Some Grand-Am crash bars would be a good idea.

Sweet looking car... doesn't that car come factory with a sequential gearbox though?
