It appears cars with body modifications are not able to run. Thus CUP cars converted to widebody would not be allowed.
Wing also must remain stock as do the motors and shocks.
So this basically means stock 996 ad 997 CUP cars as they were delivered.
Grand-am spec motors and body work altered cars are not permitted.
Anybody know where all the virgin CUP cars are?

I have one
Previously the car was being raced in the GT3 Cup Challenge in New Zealand and last season I did a couple of rounds which was a lot of fun. This series requires the car to be as it was delivered from the factory (including shocks).
The car is now with Rothsport Racing in Oregon. I'll pick and choose events based on my schedule starting with Pirelli Drivers Cup (the must be stock but shocks and clutch are free) and NASA Western Endurance Racing Championship at Thunderhill in a couple of weeks. If it worked out I would love to do Mosport.

Check out www.competentmotorsport.com for more information on the Pirelli Drivers Cup. Seems like a great series, my first race will be Thunderhill in a couple of weeks so can provide more feedback after that. They have Laguna Seca Rennsport Reunion on the schedule now
