The driver of the orange GT3 in the vids is Olaf Dobberkau, he's 45y/o and has been in rally since 93'. Great driver.

woah.... he's insanely fast and the others are no slouches!!! Amazing car control.

Maybe there's a market for cup cars after all.

Those don't seem to be cup cars but a cup car should be safer and faster.

Very cool. Do you know if these GT3s and GT3 cups compete against other makes? If so, what are the other cars? And are the Porsches competitive?

these are CUP cars with modified suspension and some have increased roll cage points.

they are very effective for tarmac rallying when modified as such.

alot of fun for those who normally only do track events and like to try something different to test their skills.

Why did they remove the cup car wings and stick on the street GT3 wings? I would want an even BIGGER wing for rally.

the 996 is a GT3RS, the 997 is a CUP
