What shifter would you recommend?

Hey there everyone,
I wonder if you might help me with something here?
I am looking for a good recommendation to raise the shifter height to a similar height of the sequential shifter for a normal sychronizer type gearbox.
What has proven to work for everyone, and shown good durability?
Thanks for taking the time, this is on a standard H pattern GT2 gearbox with cable shift. Car just has a shifter that is too low, and would like to change it.
Thanks again,
Erik Johnson

Erik,
I don't know what options are available but I wouldn't recommend doing this. What you will be doing by raising the shifter height is lengthening the throw of the shifter and adding more leverage on the pivot point.

There are some raised platform shifters for the older cars that look and work great, someone may make them for the later cars too. they don't lengthen the shifter, some make it shorter, by raising the base.
