996 Cup Parts Wanted
Car + wall = a not so fun weekend.
This means I am looking for a rear bumper, decklid and wing for a 996 Cup. Anyone have some parts in the garage they are looking to sell?

Ed I'm really sorry to rear that. Sounds like you got off easy, it can always be worse....
Have you ever seen the Getty Cup Car parts? Way more reasonable, and readily available. I've linked his catalog below, page 59 has the cup parts. Give them a call as they're very helpful. We run their wing, uprights, and decklid on the back of the 996 Specs....

In the scheme of things, I did well. The drivers side has some dents, but for the most part, they will bang out easy. I lucked out with no suspension or exhaust damage. The wing and decklid were Getty already. Still a nice chunk of change for the parts. Hopefully someone out there bought a new 997 cup and forgot to sell the spare parts when they sold their 996. Can always get lucky.
