Gurney Flap/Wickerbill
Good source?
Bent piece of aluminum(cheap) or fancy carbon wicker(not cheap)?
PMNA has the wicker bill - it is a small carbon one with adhesive.
You can have most carbon shops make these very quickly for $75. I would not go over 0.4" though.
How much does the PMNA one go for?

I want to say it's ~$180 from PMNA
ok..thanks guys. That thing just sticks on then? Must be some strong adhesive!
It comes with an adhesive that works well.
Most people also put a piece of helicopter (bug shield) tape over the leading edge. If your next even is VIR, I can show you there. |

Just a thought....I got scrutineered at Sebring and they made me take mine off.. Maybe your 997 is allowed to run it but the 996 isn't
I would imagine the rules aren't entirely dissimilar between 3 and 4.
they came stock on my '08 so they should be legal on any GTC4 car
The Gurney Lip is definitely legal in GTC4.
Also, it is required for IMSA Challenge. |
