997 GT3 - dipstick on cup cars?
Posted this on GT3 page then decided maybe you guys would be the better source of information:
Someone told me that there is a 997 cup car part that you can use to replace the oil fill tube on the GT3/RS that allows the use of an actual dipstick vs that @#$&%*!@# electronic sensor. Can anyone verify or does anyone know the part number(s)?
I'm sick and tired of trying to rely on that stupid gauge which gives me a different reading every time.....no matter how long I wait or anything else....I don't trust it. I'd love to have a plain old mechanical oil dip stick.
Thanks!

We also keep one on the toolbox though I must say the endurance 3 lights system works really well
