I used either the transport wheel hubs or the factory transport frame holes with J-hook connections on the straps.

Each Wheel should be secured separate from the other wheels. When you secure the wheels like that its not. If the right rear fastener fails the right front is loose.

Thats right, but how exactly do you want to secure each corner apart? These straps around the wheel would do so, but try to fit them on a car this low.......
The failure of one will still not make the car falling off the trailer

The hooks are perfect. But i would use it to loop a tie-down straps through it, and not anker it on one.
Normally i would do all axles like it did in the front. 2 sides per wheel. Then you can also save your alignment if you tighten evenly.

Marc
Plus 1 for Rennline tie downs. I have used them for years as transport loops don't work with my trailer setup. I used wheel straps until I loaded right after a run one day and the front rotors melted through the straps - when I went to unload front straps were in 2 pieces... Guess I was impatient.
There are 991 versions front and rear https://www.rennline.com/Tie-Downs/products/1640/
