Does anyone have any break downs or avgs for 997.1 Cup Car Engine and Tranny rebuild costs?

 

Quite a few threads on here about those costs - largely in part depends on the degree of which parts need replacing, and who does the rebuild. Should be able to find some of the longer threads that go in-depth on those and talk about common replacement items, etc.

 

Averages are seldom what you personally experience but since I have gone thru many Cup Car Engines and even more gearboxes I will throw out some numbers

997.1 Engine $26,000
997.1 Gearbox $16,000

The law of averages is made to be broken

 

Depends on who is doing it. These numbers are not bad, but add in +/- 50% depending on what is wrong and who is doing it.

100 hour intervals on a 997.1 correct?

 

Ya my guess was any where from 30k to 50k depending on what needed to be done etc.
