edit: forgot to mention the gt3 is a 991.1

So I recently acquired all of the necessary parts to convert the rear decklid and wing to the cup decklid and wing. I am wondering if anyone has pictures of the conversion process or has done the conversion themselves. The previous owner kept the fans in the original location and says it worked fine like that but im looking at the cup tray and it looks like it has location for fans to be moved back and to the side.

So, would the fans be fine in the stock location or should they be moved to match up with the tray?

Does the cup decklid opening work fine with the stock intake location, if not then what would I change on the decklid to make it work with the stock intake location?

Can I keep my stock decklid latch and move it to the cup decklid and have that in addition to the locking pins from the uprights?
