I think I've gathered the information needed. Was up all night fooling around on Google.

Found out the 0288170 centers are Cup centers drilled to 5 lug. Not sure if those are the same as powdrhounds set.

Cup Spec:
Front: 1.5 / 8 ET + 36.5
Rear: 3.0 / 9.0 ET + 30.0

My street setup
Front: 2.5 / 6.5 ET + 25?
Rear: 3.0 / 7.0 ET + 31?

Update: I decided to go with a set of Fikse Wheels. I'll be running 18x10 +38 and 18x12.5 +47. That will be with 2" outers up front and 3" outers out back. I've gathered some tire size combos based on stock specs. Most likely going to be running NT01's.
