Depending on what map is loaded in the ecu these options are available to you with some simple wiring additionsPorsche Motorsport North America, Inc.
Pit lane speed limiter and a fuel map switch in your GT3 Cup car-
1) Pit lane speed limiter- Use the two position switch with one side going to ground and the other wired up to pin # 30 on the white 30 pin plug beside the drivers seat.
2) Map position switch- Use the 3 position switch. Wire output #1 on the switch needs to go to pin # 25 on the black 30 pin plug beside the drivers seat. Wire output #2 goes to ground. And wire #3 goes to pin #24 on the black 30 pin plug.
3) You can also hook up a shift light by sending a wire from a light to pin #8 on the black 30 pin plug.
The Motec dash should be able to read the switch position for both setups.
That should be everything as far as setup is concerned.
The ECU programs will be set up and ready to go:
ˇ Pit speed at 44 mph
ˇ Maps - #1 full rich (max power, lambda @ 0.88), #2 normal (lambda @ 0.91), and #3 fuel conservation (lambda @ 0.95)
ˇ Shift Light at 7600 RPM
