Any alternatives for OEM 996 late cup wheels?

I recently purchased a used set of Forgeline wheels for my 996 Cup. I'm not sure what the weight difference is. If I can I'll weigh one with a tire as well as a BBS today and report back.

Jongbloed has some forged wheels that can be ordered for the 996 cup and they are lbs lighter that the BBS.

@chfrank - are the Jongbloed wheels still made in Morgan Hill or are they being made in China?

Bonjour,

A bientôt

Cédric

You can buy a set of 997.1 wheels. The centers have a different design, but the offset is exactly the same.

The fronts have the same wheel halves as the 996. The rear inners and outers need to be changed.

I have plenty of 997.1 sets of wheels that I would sell for $2400 per set. I also have the 1.5" outter that you would need. Just would need to add the 9.5" inners to that.

Forgline is a good alternative also.

Thanks
Ed

Hi Guys
The ONLY wheels made in china are my Flow Formed wheels. ALL my forged wheels are make here in Morgan Hill. There are a couple pics of my Forged 1pc wheels. Call for pricing.
Thanks
