i have installed a new Clutch,
i want that the gear engages in the middle of the way not at the end?
how can you adjust this?

Thats not how it works. With a triple clutch you set it up so that the clutch releases and the pedal STOPS about 1/4" after that release (thats when it hits the stop or the floor).. Setting up to release midway would WAY WAY WAY over rotate and damage the pressure plate.

I'm guessing he was referring to the screw adjuster that tweaks the *travel* of the clutch pedal... I don't think it alters the bite characteristics per say but has the effect of changing the bite point relative to the bottom of pedal travel.
That said I haven't bothered to fiddle with that and don't know anyone in the paddock who's had to. Not in the 991, and not even back in the 997...
Sorry OP if I'm not adding much value here: what you are describing (clutch engaging near the bottom of pedal travel) is exactly what you just paid for... a new clutch!!
