Thoughts on Motion Control Dampers
I have to get a new set of dampers and these are an option for my new to me 997.2 Cup. Anyone used these and have any thoughts? My car is a GTA2 car so most likely look at the 3 way set up.
Thanks for any feed back.

I haven't run these on my cup yet, but I have used them for 3 seasons on my SP996 (I've only run the 2-ways). I will say this, MCS offers the best customer service of pretty much any part supplier I've ever had. Whenever they are at a race where I'm present, they come by and reset all of the adjustments to ensure that there's been no movement. With a quick email or call they happily provide recommended settings for most of the tracks I've been on this season. We've called them in the evening intending to leave a voicemail and the owner has picked up on his cell phone. Truly special service.
And speaking for the 2-way, they have a single controller at the top of the damper that allows you to adjust both bump and rebound. Much easier and quicker adjustment than the brands that I ran before. No more crawling under the car.
Others here are more qualified to speak to the driving dynamics related to the cup application and 3-ways. But I couldn't be happier with them as a supplier.

While I don't own a set, I have coached in and driven a bunch of cars equipped with them. Superb dampers, easy to adjust, predictable, relatively simple to arrive at a great set up

You will be very happy Stuart. The founder at Motion is a LONG time suspension guy, Lex Carson, and the original Distributor for Motons in the US. When Moton sold out Lex took his knowledge and built his own superior product. And again as others have said, customer service is terrific. Lex has just recently retired, the MCS units I think are about the best in the business.

MCS has been great to work with. I just bought a used 996 Cup 3-way from here and sent them in for full service. High quality customer service from Trever and fast turnaround time to get them back for install.
