Default Safety bolt rear brake lost 2 times??

My 996 CUP 2004 has lost the safety bolt two times now, it seems like the clip is braking off.
See picture, here you can see the angle on the one that was still sitting in correct place, that is the clip that is leaned against the bolt. It has an angle to it and it would not have lasted for long I guess.
There is some play in the brake calipers where the bolts go in, but not that much.
Have anyone had this issue, and how did you solve it?
The problem is that the pads fall out and rubbs the inner of the rim.

The Demonspeed bolts are for the front calipers.

I have never had a problem but I would start with replacing the cotter pins (Jesus clips for me )and bolts annually if needed. I don't believe there is another solution.

Yes sorry my error they are fronts only . I have never had this issue . Make sure you tap the big pin into the caliper all the way . Maybe yours are backing out and then putting to much pressure on cotter pin ?

Yes that is my feeling also, I will redrill to use a bigger 2,0 pin instead. Lets see if that cures this.

I'd check the fit in the caliper. There should be no play, if the pin isn't snug in the caliper vibration may be causing unusual lateral load on the clip. Seems odd, though.

This should do the job, and I can see it from outside with the rim on even to feel better in-between the laps...2mm hairclip

All in one piece! Where did you get the Porsche Racing decal on the rear bumper cover?
