Does everyone here run factory CUP ride heights per the manual?

If you're running with IMSA GT3 Cup Challenge then you have to run the required ride heights. Otherwise I think you can have them how you wish. I'm not sure what Pirelli World Challenge requires.

There is a minimum ride height, not a required ride height. You're required not to be under the minimum I guess haha. The minimum is the same between imsa and PWC.

Good points. I guess I have always thought they were required heights. What heights are you guys running for most US tracks? I know that some tracks will have some specific challenges where you may vary the height and other setting for.

Back in the 996 cup days, we hated raising them to IMSA specs, as the handling was SO MUCH BETTER when they were lowered.
Some people seem to make them much lower than recommended with no problems, but I don't think that is a good idea.

Here is what is written in the 2017 IMSA GT3 Cup Challenge: 26.2 At anytime during the Event, the ride height clearance at the front of the Car must be a minimum of 78mm for 2017 Cars and the ride height clearance at the rear of the Car, a minimum of 100 mm for 2017 Cars. This is also written the 2016 GT3 Technical Manual.

Those running in the current official series are all subject to a 78/100mm min. TBH few would be able to tell you how the current-gen cars perform below that min, as we simply don't have that experience LOL.
If you are operating outside series regs, these cars are very sensitive to rake and you have a lot more to play with esp. in the rear. I remember in the 997 days were -3 to -5mm from the tech manual depending on tire choice.
