what does freshly serviced mean in context of a (blue) axle? I thought these were wear items that time out after x hours?

Each of these parts have a Race life per PMNA around 40 hours. Most of these axels are taken apart and are in great condition. We serviced the grease and boots and will make for an excellent spare for any club owner or weekend warrior.
Other wearable items include Calipers, Uprights, Master Cylinders, etc.
