Default 991 Gen 1 Cup Rear Brake Duct Upgrade

Here is a picture of the Gen 1 brake duct on the rear. Does a good job and exactly what it was intended to do.

Now with the Gen 2s this ducted air not only cools the brake, but helps cool the outer CV axle and I would think a little on the wheel bearing. Regardless simple upgrade and is also IMSA approved for upgrading to Gen1s. Part Numbers are 991.575.334.8A and 991.575.333.8A . Like $130 each IIRC (so essentially free in Cupcar terms). Thought some of you might be interested.

Thanks. These cars are pretty new to most so just trying to pass along some info that might help.

Yes they came with the 2017+.
