Not quite puffery...farnbacher (germany)for example was a " official Porsche motorsports rebuilder"and they would rebuild and reseal, for example...as was Kelly Moss here in the states...yo u wanted a Kelly Moss rebuild sealed motor in imsa for example here in the states and you wanted a farnbacher rebuilt,resealed motor in germany...enough said, alot unsaid...
