I’m looking for white on 981s in general but saw a really good deal, it’s a CPO at 46500$. But the color is racing yellow. What you guys think ?

If you like yellow and it's a good deal, go for it (with a PPI).. If you want white, then pass!

When I was looking for mine, I wanted any color but black.....Now I own a black S!

Yeah, in the used car market you seldom find EXACTLY what you're looking for, for the price you want. I bought a used Cayman a few years ago that was exactly what I wanted except the color, but I decided I could live with red so bought it. Personally, I don't think I would have bought if yellow. Don't think that color suits the car as well as other colors. Buy, hey, that's just my opinion, but that's what you asked for.

No. Gets too much attention. Sometime from the wrong people.

I don't like silver, and I don't like black. My three current cars are silver, and the car we bought for our daughter is black. I would prefer a yellow cayman over a silver one. Maybe not a yellow S80 (unless I am running a NYC taxi) over silver, but definitely a yellow cayman over silver.

Then don't buy a Porsche! They are flashy standing still. Have you checked out the new Buicks? I read they are sporty and not flashy. A silver one may even blend in with all the silver Camrys on the road.

My very biased opinion is that yellow is spectacular....ever noticed that a lot of Porsche advertising features a yellow car?

I think they look great in yellow. When I was looking it was my first choice, and I found one. It's not subtle, but I like it.

I have a hard time liking racing yellow as I remember speed yellow too well. Racing yellow next to speed yellow shows racing yellow to be too bright. When I shopped for a GT4, seems there were plenty in racing yellow. I wanted PCCB so having a yellow car with yellow brakes just seemed to be too much. I ended up with Sapphire Blue and with PCCB, and lots of yellow details in the interior. That I do like.

I'd rather not have a Porsche than have a yellow one. I have to feel good about what I drive and there's just no way to do that driving a yellow car. To a slightly lesser degree, I feel the same about "Old Man Gold". The color that you can't even buy legally unless you are at least 65 and only seems to come on American vehicles. But yellow is somehow even worse than that, no matter how good of a deal you get. Be patient and find a deal on a color you don't have to ask opinions about.
Just my opinion, of course.
