Cayenne uses MLS(multi-layer steel) gaskets, which is what racers use. These things rarely ever blow up. Remove belly pan and put on lift while running to do some serious detective work...

I remember some similar setup was in Mercedes engine - the gasket was not blown, but the gasket was corroded because of use of unapproved coolant that lacked some rust inhibitors.
