Default Need help diagnosing problem w/ my 2008 CS.

I really need help with this problem I am having on my wife's 2008 Cayenne S with 82k miles.

I don't normally drive this vehicle, but wife has been complaining about some "shaking" with some noise and I assumed it was the cardan shaft issue. So, I jimi-fixed it last weekend since the rubber was cracked/torn a bit. But, the problem still exists. So, I took it for a test drive yesterday and this is what I observed.

With the gear selector in "Reverse" or "Drive" and the vehicle standstill and idling, occasionally, I feel light "shuddering" in the engine.
I stopped in the garage last night, popped the hood and with foot on the brake, moved the shifter to "R" or "D". I heard this "squealing" noise and I felt the engine running rough and it was kind of "shaking/rocking".
If I shifted to neutral, everything is fine. No noise, no shuddering.
I put it back to "R" or "D" "(foot still on the brake), I hear the squealing and the engine "shakes" somewhat.
This is not 100% of the time, but happens 60% of the time... all the time!

What could be squealing when the engine is loaded?
What could make the engine shake when it is loaded?
Could this be the transmission valve or something related to it?

I will try to post a video tonight after I get home.

Any advise/help in diagnosing this issue will be much appreciated!!

Many thanks in advance...

Cheers,
-K

Update:

I replaced the engine torque strut and it fixed the problem. Engine is all quiet and smooth. I did end up buying Porsche part instead of other brand (MTC?) since this will most likely last several years.
