Does anyone have a 955 rear spare tire carrier?

It's a rare option that only a select few are happy with. It's cumbersome to have to swing out the tire everytime you want to open the trunk. Not to mention the looks are questionable.

I had a swing-away spare on a Chevy Blazer ZR2. Having a spare 33" super swamper hanging off the back actually help it's looks, when going for the rugged off-road look. It was a pain to have to swing it out of the way all the time. It squeeked - a lot. And it only took one time being caught by the wind to swing too far open and damage the body at the hinge mounts.
IMO the cayenne external spare carrier ruins the looks of one of the best angles of the car, 45 degrees to the rear. On top of that, the wheel and tread patterns are covered up a-la toyota rav4 style so you can't even show off a great looking wheel/tire combo.
While having no spare is a pain point for a lot of people and the collapsible spare is not getting you home while on vacation, I'm still not surprised it's a very rare option.

Mine had one originally, but the previous owner had gotten rid of it. I'd like to find one to bring it back to how it was originally..but they're pretty tough to find I guess :/

I don't have it, but I needed to carry a spare recently offroading.
Used the factory luggage rack by placing them close together ~ 16" or so. Draped a cut up rubber mat from Home Depot and cris-crossed a couple of ratchet straps to tie it down. Worked perfectly with only a little more road noise. Total cost about $50.
If I could find a spare carrier I would consider it, but this works fine for my needs too.

Using the rear view mirror once in a while will help you not to engage in another accident, but focusing on it will make you smash into whatever is in front of you."
