Default In-Tank Fuel Line Diagram

Anyone have a detailed PDF of the in-tank fuel line connections? Where each 1 connects to? Looks as if you can't really screw it up due to the different size fittings.

Here you go. Its not that hard to change depending upon how much fuel is in the tank. I replaced mine a few weeks back. Some quick tips..Once you peel back the carpeting make sure to vacuum up all the debris prior to opening the cover. You do not need any special tool to open the seel ring. Make sure to get a new seal ring though!

That's perfect! THANK YOU!!

My CTT just turned over 131k and this will be it's first pump and filter change. I'm changing everything both pumps, both flange units and seal rings. Should make for a smelly weekend

Let's see if I can find mine - it's a flow diagram with the flanges, pressure regulator and fuel filter included..

Hang on..

Found it! Between the two diagrams you should be in good shape!

Default Problems with hooking up fuel pumps

Hi...I am lost at the moment. Turns out shop sent wrong pump, so in the middle of the install, I had a lag of almost a week. I forgot how everything was hooked up.

I have looked at the diagrams and from what I can tell, this is the way things should hook up, if anyone can help, I am so tired right now, and stink of gasoline. This is how I thought everything was hooking up. There are two old lines that have male fittings - Im assuming these are the sucking jet pump attachments. I have no idea which connections to make with these since they are same size and seem to fit a number of connections. I thought all of these were supposed to have different connections?

Default Update

I used the old parts to make this mock up of the install. I have two connections left, supposedly for the two male connections that go to the sucking jet pumps....but which connection to which? I guess I will try everything else and then hopefully, the length of the hoses will make it clear which is which. If anyone spots a wrong connection, please let me know. This pic, if correct will undoubtedly help those performing this in the future.

Alright boys I'm bringing this back from the dead.

I have a VW Touareg T1 V8 with the same exact Assembly as this. I bought the vehicle second hand. It must have been sitting for years out here in the Vegas desert because as soon as I touched the fuel lines they all shattered into pieces.

I successfully replaced almost all of the lines with new fuel hose besides the ones that lead to the jet sucking pump. I don't see these pumps. Is this serviceable?

Default Center Hood gas cap/fuel line modification on a Cayenne 955?

Anyone ever do a center hood gas cap / fuel line modification?
Singer does a center hood gas cap/fuel line mod to the 911(964)'s.
i want to do the same to my Cayenne 955.
Anyone know if it's doable?
Would it be more direct to the fuel pump if the gas filler cap was on the center of the hood of a 955 Cayenne?
i'm trying to modify / personalize my 955 like Singer does to the 964 911s.

But the Singer engine is in the rear.
