Craig,

Not so fast! The uniqueness of your Cayenne may be that it's an "S" model. Here's a picture of mine right after I bought it after trading in my Crystal Silver "beta" model! This was before the dealer moved my SportTechnos over as well as installing the tow package (early November 2006).

Toby

P.S. - Nice picture Lewis.

With your eyes open?

Wait a minute ... I almost fell for this "2001: A Space Odysssey" poster. Good one, LTC

You forget that all of the drugs from the "villa" cause his eyes to remain open during sleep.....LTC failed to mention that he is allowed to sit in his Cup Car but not drive it... a wide-angle of this headshot would have shown that he is wearing a straight jacket, has a pencil in his mouth but has no pants (and the leather was cold -- thus the wide-eyed panic look)

p.s. I have an old photo with LTC in it proving the no pants theory on the wide-eye look...

Bellissima is right! ... lovely colors too.

Here's my contribution ... driving and providing air support (I'm kneeling) in a rally in the SoCal hills (before the Oct 07 fires).

Thanks, Craig. So, I'm assuming you've actually met DMD and managed to survive?

No disagreement here, ltc, but I'm amazed to see you mention the Yellowbird and the Cayenne in the same breath without screaming "sacrilege." The Ruf folks are exceptional people and their showroom (heck, even their service bay) is a fantasy land. What they do with a Cayenne has some appeal, but it is a far cry from their assortment of 993 efforts. Feel free to unleash an "expensive German lipstick on a pig" rant.
