Default Oil under vehicle

Hi

My car has been left standing for a couple of weeks due to me being in hospital and in the UK we have just gone through quite a cold spell. It was brought to my attention today that there is an oil leak under my car.. Could a hose have gone somewhere because of the cold weather? I had none of this trouble before the car was parked up it was driving really well. It's a 2003 Cayenne S (4.5)

Thanks in anticipation guys!

Helena

more detail? I have found that oil leaks are hard to diagnose b/c of the underbelly pan. Normally the plastic cover catches the oil. I had an oil leak but didn't know until i was changing the oil and when i removed it, i noticed it. It ended up being the upper and lower oil pan gaskets.
