I have a SubWoofer where it should be....no second Battery. I pulled the carpet back on the Passengers side....there are NO splices there....unless they are farther toward the rear, more under the seat(?).
I believe the splices on the passenger side may be up a bit further toward the firewall.. there the bundle takes the turn upward. It doesn't show any sign of water on that side from the photo..
