Default Brake pads: what happened?

These are Pagid RS29s for 4-piston GT3 front calipers with stock GT3 front discs, mostly used for track days. Any ideas on why they aren't wearing down straight? The calipers are mounted on adaptor plates. I have fitted a new set of RS29s and stock discs, would be nice to solve the issue before they get worn into the same shape

Normal

You can flip the pads side to side in the caliper to even out the wear if it bothers you.

Yep normal...you should see what my Pagid Yellows look like after 4days if I do not flip them around....they are basically used up especially at 1 end of the pad.
