Question engine options for a 911

i know i'm going to recieve a lot of crap for this, but about a week ago i found out my options for engines in a 911 are pretty limited...(had my heart on a lexus v8, then thought LS1...still how can a 20yr old smallblock fit in there, and an LS1 can't??)

so while the body is getting shipped from the USA it still gives me time to think....

now i've always liked the idea of a supercharged porsche (964/993/996 NA)....immediate torque, would be great for street and track (boost control for traction probs???)

other option is a later model 930 engine (i'm sure that'd fit)

buy an older turbo engine, that probally isn't as strong, a bit dated and heavy, or sc a later model higher tech and LIGHTER NA engine....

thoughts???? (CHRISTER, ADRIAN, please don't use the space on this post to abuse me, this is a serious post, i only want serious responses)

alright i've made up my mind....yes christer i will be very proud of this engine so i will out pics up for you....just be patient...

i am going to (god help me if i change my mind, and this is if i can't fit a nice alloy v8 in there....)

get a 3.3, increase it to 3.4, spend as much money on the internals as possible....slop on a massive turbo, then add an sc to take care of torque and to make sure it's immediate....

don't think this has been done before, well on a porsche by a privateer...

won't have any money for the 15k (or some stupid thru the roof quote)insurance they'll probally ask me for

Dear J959,
I really wish you would stop this constant nonsense. Please just stop wasting everyones time and rennlist bandwidth. You are posting the same waffle across the whole forum area.
You want power, contact FVD and purchase one of their 500HP TT kits. Made just for the 993 3.6L.
Ciao,
Adrian
