What should I expect in terms of performance and driveablity from the GT3 adjustable sway bars ($476 from Carnewal)?

The only suspension modification I've made to date in my 2001 911 Coupe is the H&R coil over kit from Carnewal.

I know the sway bars are 5-way adjustable up front and 4-way in the rear...are these adjustments easy to make at the track?

I track the car 15-20 days a year in DE activity at Road America, Blackhawk, Gingerman, Putnam Park and Mid-Ohio next year.
