Post Headlight Covers

I have a 74 911 race car with the original headlights. Does anyone know of any covers for them (preferably ones that can be painted) other than the ones GT Racing sells for $112?

Thanks

Hey QS,

I've got a set of fiberglass headlights that I bought at a swapmeet thinking that they could be used as covers for the H'1s on my racecar.

Unfortunately, they are headlight replacements, not covers. I race in a stock class so I must keep the head lights installed on the car, thus I cannot use these.

Any interest at $50?

Thanks Jess

QS,
Check out <a href="http://www.performanceproducts.com" target="_blank">www.performanceproducts.com</a>
Part # 901187 Airplex headlight covers 29.95pr.
I have not installed these but I may. It looks like you could paint to match and you dont have to drill your car to mount

Thanks, I actually purchased a set of Airplex, but they are for the H1 or H4 lamps (i sold them to a friend, they work really great for him). Unfortunately, they didn't fit on my original lamps.
