Post Upgrading '76 911 body

In process of rebuilding my '76S, and having a high horsepower motor built I am considering either going to a set of SC flares or a full 930 body kit. I know the little 205/55-16's I am now using all the way around will do little in keeping 240+ HP in place. Traction is a major consideration as well as looks. The '76S is not a collectors item, nor will it ever be. I need input from others that have done major upgrades to their cars bodies.
Thanks
Mark

Carrera's are not that much below that level of hp and their tires are fine, so it's probably a matter of which look you want most.

You can get 9" wheels and 245 tires under SC flares. That should be plenty. Although you can run 17x11" wheels with 315 tires under turbo body work most turbos are only running 245 or 265 anyway and it is hard to find 315 rubber for a 16" wheel, let alone a nice 16x11 wheels. If you want Fuchs they only come in 9x16 anyway.
