Does anybody know if the Recaro low profile slides ( Recaro p/n 364 954) are a direct bolt on or do I need to drill new holes i order to bolt them to the floor? I compared the holes to the OMP sliders and they do not match. I have a 964

I don't know about the specific part number that you mention but I have a set of Recaro sliders that bolt into the existing holes of my 964 race car...no drilling required.
