Want a good basic setup for a 964 RS equipped with 8,5 and 10" * 18" and R-tire, tracksetup, toi-in and camber?

I agree with the above (Mr burgass), maybe reduce the rear toe slightly from factory spec to eliminate some high speed oversteer (RS equiped with LSD).

I'm currently running -3.2/-3.0 for camber and will look at what my toe is (I think toe and caster are at RS settings). I'm running 17" MPSC tires and get very even wear across the tires with this camber.
