Default STEEL SLEEVES IN ALUMINUM BLOCKS

Any one have experience sleeving aluminum Porsche 944 blocks with steel sleeves as a way to repair a damaged block ?

Yes but also the block can be honed or bored to an oversize neccesary to accomodate new pistons- it would be neccesary to reimpregnate the aluminum block (i have the Sunnen equipment to do that) and depending on what amount oversize, custom pistons ARE available that will work with the alucil lining
